Rare Baller Flag Football League is a youth sports organization serving athletes ages 4–14 throughout Alsip and the South Chicagoland area. Our goal is to provide a fun, competitive, and development-focused environment where young athletes can build skills, confidence, character, and lifelong memories.

Rare Baller was built around athlete development, positive competition, character building, and community impact. We believe success is measured by growth, effort, leadership, and teamwork—not just wins and losses. Our focus is creating a positive experience for players, parents, coaches, and the entire community.

No. Rare Baller is currently an independent youth flag football league with its own teams, structure, and developmental approach. However, we are not opposed to partnering with NFL FLAG or other respected flag football organizations in future seasons if opportunities arise that benefit our athletes, families, and overall league experience.

Rare Baller offers divisions for athletes ages 4–14, including 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U divisions. Players are grouped by age to promote safety, fair competition, and appropriate skill development.

League games, practices, and events are held in Alsip, IL Park District fields. Official locations, schedules, and league updates are provided to registered families throughout the season.

Our mission is to develop athletes, build leaders, strengthen communities, and create positive youth sports experiences. Through flag football, we strive to teach teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, accountability, and leadership both on and off the field.
